LOCATION: Case Community Parks, Sand Springs, Oklahoma & West Bank Sports Complex, Tulsa
10 minutes & 4 minutes drive Downtown Tulsa

EARLY DEADLINE: Discounted Price, October 1
REGULAR DEADLINE: October 15, Late Deadline October 21

TEAMS: Recreational, Friendship, Youth Academy

OPEN SANCTION: Open to any USSF Affiliate (USSSA, USYS, US Club)

GUEST PLAYERS: Any player not registered to your club. Limit 3 per team. Player must be listed on roster.

TEAM CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:

Official Roster issued by club
Pass Cards -- OR -- Proof of Birth for Each Player

REFEREES: Included in tournament entry fee.

4v4 = 1 Center Official
7v7 = 1 Center Official
9v9 & 11v11 = 1 Center Official + 2 AR's

DIVISIONS/PRICING/FORMATS:
REF FEES paid in cash prior to each game. Each team pays 1/2 of the ref fee per game.
Ref fees are NOT included in the team entry fee.
ONE REFEREE PER MATCH WILL BE ASSIGNED to 4v4, 7v7, 9v9.
