PART OF PARTICIPATION IN WSA'S FUTSAL ACADEMY IS STAYING WITH THE OTHER FUTSAL ACADEMY MEMBERS WITH THE FUTSAL ACADEMY STAFF.   

WSA TRAVEL POLICY SUMMARY:   WSA USES 3-STONE LODGING (18TH YEAR). OUR TRAVEL COORDINATOR, GINA, IS ASKED TO FOLLOW THESE PRIORITIES IN THIS ORDER: 

• SAFETY,
• PRICE,
• LOCATION,
• AMENITIES 

WSA WORKS WITHIN A PRICE RANGE OF $130-$150/NIGHT (IF WE CANNOT HIT THAT PRICE RANGE WE WILL NOTIFY FAMILIES).  WHEN POSSIBLE WE TRY TO INCLUDE BREAKFAST IN AMENITIES.  WE TRY TO STAY WITHIN A 20 MINUTE DRIVE OF GAME FACILITIES WHEN POSSIBLE (WHEN THERE ARE TWO LOCATIONS WE COORDINATE WITH DIRECTORS TO DETERMINE BEST LOCATION FOR PERIODIZATION OF THE ATHLETE).  

WSA's request for certain programming to travel together is related to athlete experience, culture, and objective of the travel.  We understand that all families may have unique and individual amenity preferences, price ranges, location choices based on their own travel agenda, etc...  WSA maintains a strong belief tha being "part of a team and program" inherently requires sacrifice, and participation in the collective plan and vision.  Part of the travel experience is conceding some personal preference, for the opportunity to participate in the "whole" team experience for the athlete.   We appreciate all parents' cooperation and compliance with our travel requests. 

WSA Soccer may benefit from travel arrangements by receiving complimentary rooms for staff, and intends to pass these benefits on to the athlete when possible by traveling additional staff to events (i.e. GK Trainers, Performance Trainers, Assistant or Technical Staff, Directors and/or Administrators).

RATES: $128.33 plus tax/fees (First weekend of Jan 3-5 might be $5 cheaper if you book early enough).
PROCESS: Upon booking you will be charged a deposit, then the balance will be charged at check-in
CANCELATION: There is a cancelation fee of approximately $20-$30 if canceling outside of 5 days advance notice
** Should your child become injured and unable to travel please contact your Director and WSA will cover cancelation fee for extenuating circumstances.
