 WSA’s COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM: 2011 CANNED FOOD DRIVE

We would like to announce the 1st annual WSA clubwide canned food drive to benefit the Tulsa Day Center. 

As the holiday season is approaching, our club would like to give back to the community and help those that are in need. 

We will be having a canned food drive and would like for each team to collect as many canned foods and/or non-perishable items as you can in the next two weeks. 

Here’s how it will work:  Each team will collect canned foods starting today (11/7/11). On Monday, Nov. 21 from 6:30-7:30pm a representative from each team will need to bring your collected canned goods to be counted. The #1 boys and #1 girls teams with the most canned foods will recieve a free entry fee into the WSA Polar Bear tournament on Sat. Jan 14th! 

This is a great way to not only do a good deed for those in need, but to have a nice little friendly competition with your club mates within WSA!   Let’s collect as many canned foods as we can and prove again, why WSA is the best club in the Tulsa area!!
