1. What Uniform Package do I get with my Annual Registration Fee?  See Kit Packages Here. 

2. Do I get a backpack with my uniform kit?  In 2026 the Boys uniform expanded kit (Elite & Standard package) includes the player backpack. All Boys players in the Elite or Standard Kit, will receive a WSA player's backpack in 2026. 
** Girls Uniform kit does NOT include a backpack.  Girls will receive a different apparel item TBD (the item is likely to be outerwear).

3. Can I order a backpack?  Yes.  Player backpacks will be purchasable via this page after July 1 (if not before). A limited supply of backpacks will reside in the Club Shop (the virtual shop & the in person store at the Ken Lovelee Clubhouse). 

4. Can I order individual components to my uniform, such as extra socks, or shorts?  Yes.  These will be available at the WSA Club Shop (the virtual shop & the in person store at the Ken Lovelee Clubhouse).  These will not be available until after July 1st. 

5. Why are some items not available until AFTER JULY 1?  Inventory shortages globally since 2021 have informed our timelines.  Our FIRST PRIORITY is EVERY WSA TEAM outfitting EVERY ATHLETE so that EACH WSA TEAM can look their best on game day.  This is a TEAM-FIRST model.  Not a business model.  By July 1, all teams should have informed the club of their order, and we should have an understanding of inventory that allows us to sell team uniform items. 

6. Why are some prices as high as retail?  Your uniform pieces have incurred the following fees prior to their arrival to you: 

• Sales Tax,
• Shipping,
• Decorating (printing, embroidery, etc),
• Work-Flow (staff, storage, transportation, admin work),
• Overstock (WSA has purchased in advance and at a higher percentage than expected need to help ensure availability, this expense has been passed through to each uniform package at approximately $20).  
• Supplies (boxes, materials, etc)

7. How do I get my uniform if I registered after my team already submitted the Team Uniform Order?  If you registered late and your order was not a part of your team's uniform order, you will be able to purchase your uniform online, AFTER JULY 1st.  There is a chance if you are ordering after June 1st that your uniform will take 4-8 weeks for fulfillment.  We may contact you if there is a significant delay to see if you'd rather UPsize or DOWNsize to expedite the order. 

8. How do I Size if I missed Sizing Days?  There will be options to size at WSA-Tulsa at the Ken Lovelee West Bank Clubhouse on OPEN DAYS (usually Tuesday 6-715 PM in-season).  WSA-OKC and WSA-South will have sizing samples available via a point of contact TBD. 

9. Which items come in "WOMEN'S CUT"?  

• Game Shorts (Adult Sizes)

• Pre-Game Shortsleeve Turquois Top (All Sizes Womens)

10. Are there additional options for the Goalkeeper?  Yes.  The goalkeeper options for the GK Jersey are currently:

• Turquoise LongSleeve
• Coral Blue ShortSleeve 
• Turquoise ShortSleeve 
• Black Shorts 
• Black Socks
• Turquoise Socks 

11. Are Goalkeeper training jerseys available?  Yes, there will be NIKE GK TRAINING JERSEYS availlable at the clubhouse (virtual and in person) for 50% off normal price.  These jerseys will contain last year's sposnor (RPA).  These should not be worn on game day, but can be worn at training. 

12. Can I purchase additional Training Tops?  Yes.  Additional training tops will be available for purchase via the WSA Club Shop (virtual and in person). 

13. Can I purchase PreGame tops that came with the ECNL & ECNL RL package?  If your team does not play ECNL or ECNL RL you can purchase the NIKE ShortSleeve Turquoise PreGame Top and/or the NIKE LongSleeve 1/4 Zip (Men's) or the NIKE Longsleeve Hoodie (Women's).  These will be available, in limited supply, via WSA Club Shop (virtual or in-person). 

14. What if I outgrew my previous uniform?  You can purchase new jerseys, shorts, outerwear from the Club Shop (online or at the physical location of Ken Lovelee Clubhouse) throughout the season.  Note that during "peak times" these items may not be available.  (Peak Times - May 15 - July 15). 

15. Why do new families get the FULL kit?  In 2026-2027, new families receive the full kit upon registering.  This helps them onboard without exorbitant expenses that are up-front.  WSA has considered that up-front program costs are significant, and that some new families will register multiple children.  This is a small gesture to help those families onboard, and to help all teams LOOK UNIFORM. 

16. Do returning players get a Full kit?  No. Returning players receive the "expanded add-ons" to the kit each year. 

17. I am used to seeing a separate Uniform Price.  Where is that detail?  There is not a separate uniform price.  The uniform is embedded in the annual registration fee.  This was over-communicated beginning in December 2024, January - August 2025, and again December 2025, and January through May 2026.  WSA demonstrated that this pricing structure would produce a higher quality kit, expanded options for certain programs, and could over a 2-year period only increase a parents 2-year fee by $50.   

18. Will there be a new uniform fee that is separate in the next year?  The plan is to maintain the Annual Registration Fee and to continue to work on reducing the expenses required for work-flow, overstock and insourcing uniforms to create an expansive, upgraded uniform kit, which professionalizes the team look and feel. 

19. Will the Annual Registration Fee increase in the future?  The Annual Registration Fee has not increased for 4 consecutive cycles from 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and into 2026 (other than the allotment added for the uniform).   Inflation, increased prices for overhead covered by the Annual Registration Fee may create a 2027 increase in the Annual Registration Fee.  That evaluation will take place beginning in the Fall of 2027 with the first production of pro-formas for WSA's non profit budget process.  The Program Costs for WSA are generally first publicly reported for the next cycle in January at the WSA Leadership Summit.
