STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL to COMPLETE TEAM ORDER

Orders will be fulfilled on first come basis. 

Deadlines for orders for 11v11 and 9v9 teams for fulfillment by Aug 1st:

WSA-TULSA U11-U19 TEAM UNIFORM DEADLINE - JUNE 15th
WSA-OKC U11-U19 TEAM UNIFORM ORDER DEADLINE - JUNE 22nd 
WSA-SOUTH U11-U19 TEAM UNIFORM DEADLINE - JUNE 22nd

11v11 and 9v9 orders submitted after DEADLINE may not be fulfilled until after Sept 1st.

1. Only list REGISTERED PLAYERS in this uniform order.  Registered players can be accessed via your program registrar if they do not appear on your AthleteOne team account. 

2. Only REGISTERED PLAYERS uniform orders will be processed.  All UNREGISTERED players will be dropped from the order. 

3. Teams are required to have a minimum number of players registered before your team order will be placed. 
  • 11v11 Teams: 15 players minimum required 
  • 9v9 Teams: 11 players minimum required 
  • 7v7 Teams: 9 players minimum required 
  • 4v4 Teams: 5 players minimum required 

4. Teams without a minimum number of players registered will have order on hold and will not be fulfilled until minimum number of players is registered

COMPLETING THE FORM

1. Go to WSA TEAM UNIFORM ORDER page. 
2. Select your program.  Select "Ship" or "PickUp".  Recommended WSA-OKC select "Ship".  See shipping info below.

  • Cost for shipping standard, community or academy kit = $35
  • Cost for shipping elite kit = $50 
  • Will be Shipped To Team Leader Address.
  • Shipping prices may change & could fluctuate.

3. Complete the Team Contact Info. 
4. Complete the Team Details Info (Team Name, Coach Name, etc). 

5. Enter your FIELD PLAYER Team Roster.  This is the most time consuming step. 

  • You will be required to enter each players DOB (this is to allow our admin staff to verify each player is registered). 
  • Be sure to spell the athlete's name correctly (so that our admin staff can confirm the player). 
  • You will select CONFIRMED next to the player if you have confirmed the player is registered.
    • You can check with your program's registrar to find out who is registered on your team. 
  • Only CONFIRMED players uniforms will be ordered. 
  • Only CONFIRMED players will count towards your total roster number for the minimum required to submit a Team Order. 
  • Enter the Jersey #
  • Enter the Jersey Size 
  • Enter the Short Size 
  • ** ECNL and ECNL RL teams will NOT enter the pregame top sizes here (see next step). 

6. Enter the total number of each size in the FIELD PLAYER SIZES summary.  Count CAREFULLY!  This is the data used to generate your order. 

  • ECNL & ECNL RL teams will enter pregame top sizes here. ***

7. Enter the total number of field player uniforms ordered.  This should match the summation of the sizes for shorts and jerseys. 

8. Enter the Sock Sizes for Field Players. 

9. IMPORTANT STEP - ENTER JERSEY NUMBERS CAREFULLY THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE >  Enter the jersey numbers that correspond to the sizes.  Example:

AS - #10, #9, #7, #6
AM - #22, #21, #4

10. Repeat Steps #5 thru #9 for Goalkeepers. 

11. Confirm your selection to SHIP or PICK UP. 

  • Recommended WSA-OKC choose SHIP. 
    • Cost - $35 for standard, community or academy kits. 
    • Cost - $50 for elite kits. 
  • Recommended WSA-TULSA choose PICK-UP.
  • If choosing SHIP then add CC info for payment. 

12. Hit SUBMIT.
