WSA ROUNDROBIN CHECK-IN
Online Check-In Required for All Teams

CHECK-IN CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:

• Copy of Your Team Roster (this can be handwritten) - must be uploaded during check-in
• Medical Release Forms for All Players - must be on person during event 
• Player Passes (if you have them / if you do not have pass cards, you must verify during the online check-in process that all players are correct age, and have on person during the event proofs of birth for each player). 
• PRE GAME CHECK-IN:  You will receive a GAME PASS CARD after completing online check-in.  This GAME PASS CARD must be present in digital or hard copy form, presented to the referee before the match.

** If  you do not have passcards then you will be asked to verify during online check-in your team will only allow participants listed on the roster, and all players listed on roster are "registered" and of proper age.   You will need to have proof of birth (birth cert, passport, or drivers license for each player) in absence of player pass cards. 

Teams do not need uniforms w/ Jersey #’s -- BUT ALL PLAYERS MUST MATCH AND HAVE AN ALTERNATE COLOR (training bibs are allowed if needed).
