REGISTERING A PLAYER

To participate in tournament or league events all players must be registered.  

To register an "Adult" for this event the player must complete the form below to register with UNITED STATES AMATEUR SOCCER ASSOCIATION and submit a $25.00 registration fee.  This form and fee must be submitted to the Oklahoma Soccer Association office. See information below:

To register a "Youth" for this event the player must complete the form below to register with United States Youth Soccer Association, and submit a $20.00 registraion fee.   This form and fee must be submitted to West Side Alliance Soccer Club via email. See information below:
