(note: you will not need a special code this year to register)

This process works BEST on a DESKTOP

This process does not work well on a phone device.

1. Login Via the 2025-2026 Registration Program Link on the WSASOCCER.ORG website. 

2. From the WSA Registration Page CHOOSE YOUR WSA COMMUNITY CLUB and/or PROGRAM:  Ex: WSA Tulsa Competitive, WSA Girls ECNL & ECNL-RL, WSA South Competitive, WSA Tulsa Youth Academy, etc.... 
 

ATHLETE ONE LOG IN FIRST STEPS

3. LOGIN to your ATHLETE ONE PARENT ACCOUNT with your ATHLETE ONE email and password. 

4. Select Your Child – OR – IF you are adding a Child not currently set up in your account, THEN CLICK THE “ADD ANOTHER CHILD” + Button.

5. Click on Programs/Registration.  If you do not immediately see an obvious choice then --> Then "Register to a Program".  Then "competitive club programs".  Then "club programs". 

6. Select your child's "GROUP", for Example: WSA U9/U10 Boys 2017 & 2016 Boys, or Girls 2010 ECNL, or GIRLS 2010 ECNL-RL Texas or WSA 2013 Boys Red (Darrion). 

HINT: NPL & OPC & YOUTH ACADEMY TEAMS are called WSA YEAR GENDER COACH
EX: WSA 203 BOYS RED (Tom)

HINT: ECNL & ECNL-RL TEAMS are called GENDER YEAR ECNL CONFERENCE
EX: Girls 2013 ECNL  or Boys 2009 ECNL-RL Red

** This group selection will align to both, your payment plan & team roster placement.  NOTE: The dropdown menu for team selection later in the process may not have your team listed - not all 2025-2026 teams have been updated yet in AthleteOne. 

7. Review the Payment Plan.  * This is the selection that will determine the roster you will be placed on. 

8. IMPORTANT NEXT STEP - SELECT THE PAYMENT PLAN BY CLICKING ON IT.

NEXT STEPS TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION PROCESS

9. Select YES or NO to "Athlete One Just In Case" insurance which provides insurance for non-refundable fees. 

10. Club Agreements: Click on VIEW and then Digitally Sign the club agreements. 

11. NEW PLAYERS TO WSA OPTIONAL: Upload your birth certificate and/or US Club Player Form. Returners do NOT need to do this. NEW players CAN do this or may upload later. 

12. Answer the Registration Questions

• NOTE:  Not all teams may be listed under "choose your team".  If you see your team from the drop down, team selection method, choose your team.  If you do not see your team, then choose a team in your AGE DIVISION (we will modify) 
   
• List your team name and coach again to verify your team choice. 
   
• Provide demographic data, and check if applying for financial assistance) 

13. Payment Screen - reminder that all transactions in AthleteOne will include a processing fee (usually 3%). 

14. Select "Add Credit Card" and then "Pay".  Today your card will be transacted the 1st installment of the Annual Registration Fee (varies by program). 

15. The INITIAL PAYMENT IS DUE TODAY ($100 - $250 depending on program). This installment is towards Annual Registration and includes the NIKE ELITE UNIFORM KIT.
