THE SIDE'S  "BEST FIT" MANTRA FOR PLAYER PLACEMENT
WSA's mantra for the annual player placement process, is tried and true, find the: "Best Fit". The same mantra applies to the vertical transition programs at the club's senior level, when players are engaged in a collegiate or professional pathway process.  The "best fit" produces the best "player experience".  The Side's Player Experience perspective considers 4 elements:
