LEAGUE PLATFORM INTEGRATION INTO DEVELOPMENT MODEL

WSA's player development model is inclusive, wholistic, and age specific.  The League Platforms are integral to the competition element of the Development Model. 

WSA is a participant in a full range of league platforms that serve the entire myriad of the levels of players, and allow for vertical transition within the club's various teams to meet needs of player development at various levels of competition.  This is an expansive model of inclusiveness which allows the club to serve every player.  The range of league platforms also provides a unique opportunity within WSA for many teams to achieve regional and national success, as well as exposure.  Since 2018 WSA has had 46 teams qualify for National Finals.  One of the objectives of the WSA Way Development Model is to help promote players to professional and college playing opportunities.  The league platforms help serve this purpose at WSA.
