UNIFORM UPDATE AUG 27
UPDATED UNIFORM ORDERS ARE ATTACHED TO THIS EMAIL.

WHAT TO DO TO CHECK YOUR TEAM'S UNIFORM "STATUS":
1. Open the document. - DOWNLOAD HERE
2. Go to TAB: "On Time"
3. Note: Document will arrive sorted by FEMALE TEAMS FIRST and then MALE TEAMS SECOND and by "BIRTH YEAR" of the team.
IF NEEDED: To perform a data sort, highlight all cells, go to DATA, then to SORT, and choose the following criteria in order:
1. Gender. 2. Year. 3. Team

4. Look under COLUMN: "STATUS" (far right) -> to see your team's uniform status.
5. Repeat w/ the tabs: "Late as of Aug 3" and "Late as of Aug 13".
6. This will give you a list of all of your athletes who have ordered from your team.

When you are dispersing your order the information attached will help you know who on your team ordered what.

NOTE - we do not have the manpower during a major tournament to meet people at unique times nor can we flex much this week on WHEN you can pick up your uniforms (remember we manage 200 soccer teams).

We have now completed 99% of the uniform orders which were ordered by Aug 13th.
We have completed 0% of the orders after Aug 13th.
We have completed 100% of the goalkeeper orders, including all late orders. Those who paid for shipping will receive shipment this week on Wednesday.
We have completed 100% of the backpack orders - save one mishap (corrected/shipping Monday).
We have completed 50% of the INdividual orders and will be attempting to complete all of the INDIVIDUAL ORDERS (we have 9 of 116 which we cannot complete until later in the week due to missing inventory - we filled "team orders" first on assumption those orders were mostly "new" players and that individual orders were mostly "returners".

- BOTH JERSEY NUMBERS - will be placed on at SoccerUSA
- TAKE BY ONLY AS A TEAM SET FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS - someone from team will need to "drop off" and someone from team will need to return later in the week to "pick up".
