THE SIDE CELEBRATES APRIL CORE COMPETENCY: SERVE

The Side will celebrate the Club's core competency, SERVE, during the month of April.  

Each team leader will be charged with integrating lessons and examples of serving into training sessions throughout the month of April.  The Side has become competent in serving through decades of service and a club mission that advocates serving.  

The club's mantra, SIDE BEFORE SELF, echoes the "serve" competency in each club endeavor, match, and decision.  This tradition and hallmark of the WSA organization is not only important historically but is important now.  

"Serve is a universal and global value.  We simply bring it to the forefront in our mission and daily operations, and then we bring it to life through our players, coaches, and parents" reports WSA Business Executive, Ryan Bush.  

The club will participate in THE SIDE SERVES week April 15-20.  

One of life's greatest joys is serving another.  

One of life's greatest ironies is that we gain more from what we give.
