** U18 and U19 age divisions will be COMBINED per normal into a U19 age teams.
This syncs with ECNL, NPL and OPC league rules. 
EX: In the 2026-2027 seasonal year, all players born Aug 1, 2008 thru July 31, 2009 and all players born Aug 1, 2007 thru July 31, 2008, will be eligible for the WSA U19 teams.
