Monday, March 16 - Spring Break 

Tuesday, March 17 - Spring Break 

Wednesday, March 18 - Coach Participates in Club Conference Call; Players Spring Break 

Thursday, March 19 - Coach Prepares Plans for Team: Players Spring Break  

Friday, March 20 - Coach Contacts Team w/ action plan 

Saturday, March 21Players Receive the First Skill Check - Toilet Paper Challenge
Submit your videos to club FB page or your coach.  Deadline to submit is Wednesday. 


Sunday, March 22 - First VIrtual Training Video Perform Today or Monday  - Ball Skills Intro I
Perform each exercise for 25 seconds, repeat each X4, each new set a bit faster than the previous
Players Report to Coaches & Please also report to club FB by posting under the First Virtual Training Session, "Player Name, from WSA 2009 Girls White, Coach Kas, reporting in that Virtual Training Session 1 is complete."  Use #TSW for "The Side Works".

Monday, March 23 - First Virtual Training Video (see above) and Players Report to Coaches

Thursday, March 26 - Third Virtual Training Video - Intermediate Ball Skills I

Friday, March 27 - Players & Parents Can Begin working together to complete their coach evaluations.

#TSW Bonus Fitness Workout Sat or Sun:  Dynamic Warm-Up/Prep (10 minutes)   
Speed & Conditioning Interval Workout  Repeat the interval X 5 w/o ball, and X 5 w/ ball 
* Modify for age from 10 second sprint to 5 second sprint interval (Keep Jog interval 30 seconds & Walking 20 seconds).  


WEEK 3: MARCH 30 - APRIL 5

Wednesday, April 1 - FIRST VIRTUAL TEAM BUILDING EXERCISE - See Team Coach For Date, Time, and Activity

Thursday, April 2 - Fourth Virtual Training Video -
ONE CONE DRILLS  30 seconds, rest, then move to next drill, Do 3X  Note: Do not do same exercise back to back to back - this will make the activity tougher than the first day and will make it more game applicable. 
INTERMEDIATE BALL SKILLS II

30 seconds w/ 30 seconds rest X 4. Repeat the first exercise back to back to back to back. Diff than above.
