Friday, March 20 - Coach Contacts Team w/ action plan 

Saturday, March 21 - Players Receive the First Skill Check - Toilet Paper Challenge

NOTE: We have intentionally repeated this training video session now three times.  Today, be fast, smooth, and challenge yourself on each 4th set.  There is intention behind the design.  Work hard! 

ADD: ONE CONE DRILLS - Do each skill for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds, repeat 4X

Wednesday, April 1 - FIRST VIRTUAL TEAM BUILDING EXERCISE - Get Date, Time, Activity, from your coach. 

Thursday, April 2 - Fourth Virtual Training Session:
ONE CONE BALL SKILLS - Do each skill 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds, and progress to next skill.  Do NOT do the skills in back-to-back-to-back pattern.  Each skill should be followed by the "next skill".  This is intentional today to simulate game play.  Focus in! 
TWO CONE BALL MASTERY - Do each skill 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds. Repeat X4.  In these skills, do skill #1 back-to-back-to-back.  So different than the ONE CONE BALL SKILLS.  Concentrate.  Learn the skill today. 
Perform each exercise for 25 seconds, repeat each X5, each new set a bit faster than the previous
FITNESS - Do the 5-5-10 Run X 6 today.  SET UP (See Video at :45 seconds in): Set out 3 cones, each 5 yards apart.  Run from CONE A to CONE B (5 yards) from CONE B to CONE A (5 yards) from CONE A to CONE C (10 yards), then from C to B (5 yards), B to C (5 yards) and C to A (10 yards).  That pattern is 1 SET.  Complete 6 sets.  See video link and go to second Change of Direction running activity (:45 seconds in).
