2022 TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN

ONLINE CHECK-IN DEADLINE WEDNESDAY, APRIL 6, 12:00 PM

2022 ONLINE CHECK-IN REQUIRED & TEAM PARKING PASS PURCHASE REQUIRED 

TEAM LEADERS:   Thank you for participating in the ONLINE and VIRTUAL CHECK-IN PROCESS for WSA Cup 2022. 

• Team check-in ONLINE is required for all teams.  There will be no "in person" check-in provided.
• Pre-purchase of WSA Cup Parking Passes will be a part of the team online check-in process. 
• Required to complete the team online check-in process by Wednesday, April 6th, 12:00 PM.

If a team revises it roster after Wednesday, April 6, then the team can use this ROSTER REVISION FORM to upload a newly revised roster.

TEAM  & PLAYER CREDENTIAL MATERIALS REQUIRED 

• Approved Roster - 2 COPIES: 1 Digital Copy Uploaded, 1 Hard Copy kept with team at all games must match the one submitted online.  
  • Roster does not have to be stamped. Roster can be generated from GotSoccer or US Club.  
  • Guest Players CAN BE HANDWRITTEN on roster.  All guest players required to have supporting player credentials: Player Pass Card & Medical Release Form. 
• Player Passes or Birth Certificate/Drivers License - either/or for every player
  The tournament is NOT RESPONSIBLE for teams who allow participation of uninsured players. 
• Medical Releases (for all players) - does not have to be notarized - download medical release  * your current team medical releases, if approved by your club or association registrar will be sufficient 
• Signed Roster Verification Form - Complete during Online Check-In Process - Click Here
• Guest Players - can be written in on Tournament Roster & must be added to online, uploaded roster, prior to kick-off 
  * Reminder guest player limits thru 14U is 3 "guest players" per team, and for 15U thru 19U is 6 players per team.
  • Medical Release & Player Pass required for Guest Players 
  • Guest Player Form or Loan Documents accepted (based on your state assoc & affiliate rules) 
  • Guest Players - players from outside of your club's registry database

TOURNAMENT PARKING 

Please be aware there will be a $10 parking fee at all soccer complexes during the event.  The parking pass will be good for the entire weekend and at all complexes.  

Teams will be REQUIRED to Pre-Order Parking Passes for a reduced rate prior to being allowed to check-in. All teams must pre-purchase parking passes to limit window transactions.

SCHEDULING 

Local teams (including potentially OKC area teams) may have a game on Friday night.   First game times Saturday and Sunday morning planned for 8 AM kick-offs. Championship finals can be scheduled for as late as a 6 PM Kick-off.  Every effort will be made to schedule finals for early afternoon kick-offs where geographic make-up of the division calls for this. 

Disclaimer: Every effort will be made to accommodate special schedule requests for coaches with multiple teams (up to 3 teams).  However, due to limited time slots there is no guarantee that every conflict will be resolved. Clubs and teams should plan to bring assistant staff members.  Teams with same coach may also have matches at different locations.  Please make sure you have your head coach listed as the HC (make sure names are exactly the same) on your team GotSoccer accounts. 

Schedule Requests:  Schedule requests will only be taken via email.  Requests will only be taken for coach conflicts in GROUP PLAY (championship finals and semifinals will not be resolved).  Please only use email. 

PROVING GROUNDS AWARDS STAGE

If your team reaches the "Championship Finals" please report to the Proving Grounds awards stage.  Individual medals will be awarded to each player on a finalist team.  Each team will also receive a team trophy.
