- 2013 Led ORU to a Conference Runner-Up after being picked last in the conference, in just his first year as head coach
- 2013 ORU Broke a program record for least amount of goals given up in a season

Oral Roberts University Women's Head Coach 2007-2011
- In 2007 Bush became the youngest head division I college coach in the country at 26
- Bush led the program to the 2nd most wins in program history in his final season after turning around a struggling program.
- In 2012 Under Bush’s watch the program set the record for the most shut-outs in a year and the least amount of goal allowed in program history
- The program achieved its highest national RPI ranking to date
- In 2012 the defensive efforts were ranked 14th in the nation for GAA
- The program trumped it’s first big 12 program in a decade, in the University of Oklahoma and went onto get results against other power conference school’s
- Under Bush’s watch he recruited 2 players that went on to become conference new comer of year in just 4 classes, 3 became academic all-Americans and numerous players achieved all conference accolades
Oral Roberts University Men’s Assistant Coach 2002-2007
- Bush quickly put his mark on ORU Men’s Soccer leading them to the conference tournament 5 consecutive year which was the longest to date
- He lead the program to its first top 25 season in the history of the program
- In 2004 he led the program to a regular season conference championship
West Side Alliance 92 Boys
- Bush Led the group to 3 state championship games
- The group was ranked as high as top 25 in the U.S.
- Under his watch 1 player entered the U.S. national pool and 7 players entered the region 3 Olympic development team
- 18 of the 19 players went on to play college soccer on scholarship at there respective schools
- 2 players went on to captain there teams to the NCAA national tournament (Bobby Behrens and Sammy Duinnick)
- 2 Players entered the MLS Draft immediately following graduation (Johnny Chavez & Marco Hernandez)
- 1 Player By-passed college after one year to play professionally (Marvin Escalente)
- 1 Player became Conference player of the year (Johnny Chavez)
- 1 Player Captained the Ocala Stampede to back to back PDL Championship games (Sam Duinnick)
- 1 Player became an All-American in Juan Peralta
- Chavez became the first Oklahoma player signed to the Tulsa Roughnecks

- 14 Players have committed on scholarship to play at there respective colleges
- 2015 Southern Regional League Runner-Up (undefeated until last game of the season)
- 2015 Regional Qualifer
- 2015 Oklahoma Premier League Champions (Undefeated)
- The group won 6 straight college showcase tournament being unbeaten in each event
- The team has been ranked as high as#1 in Oklahoma
- The team qualified for SPL finishing top 5 in the regional league
- The team won numerous tournaments and league championships
