- Recruited to play for Charlie Mitchell at NSU

PERSONAL BIO

Erica has been immersed in soccer her whole life! Her dad coached her rec team growing up and her mom was the high school soccer coach. Erica's family attends, watches, and cheers for soccer year-round. She has coached soccer since her daughters were old enough to play.

 

Erica's family has lived in Tulsa since 2007. Her husband, Christian, is an attorney here in Tulsa. They have two daughters, Nya and Remi. Erica has coached both of her daughters' rec teams and has been their assistant coach while they played at WSA.

 

Erica grew up in Claremore and attended Oologah Schools from K-12th grade. She began her college career in the fall of 1998 at Northeastern State University on a soccer scholarship, but after an injury, she stopped playing the sport. For the remainder of her college education, Erica attended the University of Oklahoma. She graduated with an Elementary Education degree in 2003.

 

Erica has been an elementary teacher since the fall of 2003. She currently teaches 2nd and 3rd Grade at Riverfield Country Day School in Tulsa. 

 

Erica loves spending time with her husband, daughters, and other family and friends. She enjoys readinggoing to the movies, watching television shows and sports, teaching, listening to music, yoga/exercising, and, of course, coaching soccer!
