WSA 92 girls have put together yet another successful season capped with a runner-up finish in the 2008-2009 Oklahoma Premiere League u17 girls division and a current #4 ranking in the State of Oklahoma.
WSA 92 GIRLS OKLAHOMA PREMIERE LEAGUE RUNNERS-UP

The WSA 92 girls have had to make new room on their trophy shelf a lot the past two years. This past Fall/Winter season the team accumulated 25 points on 8 wins and 1 draw in the Oklahoma Premiere League to finish runner-up in the u17 girls division, collecting yet another trophy.

The team amassed a total of 24 goals for and only allowed 12 against in their 2008-2009 Oklahoma Premiere League campaign. It marked the 5th consecutive league trophy for the team which is directed by Coach Michael Beyer.

The girls have begun concentrating their efforts on college showcase events this season, recently competing in the Texas Premiere Showcase grabbing one win and two close losses to tough Dallas clubs. The team is next slated to compete in the College Coaches Kick-off in August.

A lot of WSA 92's success can be attributed to a strong backline anchored by sweeper Heather Roach. Tough marking backs Devon Bullard, Madison Bonicelli, Megan Barrett, and Cassidy Sherwood also contribute to the stingy defense. Speedy wing play and some creative goalscoring from Amber Pickering have made the team one of the state's best the past two years. The team is currently ranked 4th in the State of Oklahoma by gotsoccer rankings.

Congratulations ladies on all of your successes and good luck in the college search process!
