$5K GIVE AWAY MGR & PLAYER ONLY

TEAM MANAGERS REMINDER:  Please collect all Give-Away ticket sales monies and deposit into your team account and remit ONE CHECK for your total teams sales along w/ your raffle tickets.    Your team's total sales will need to correlate to your tickets submitted (i.e. if you submit 150 tickets, you will need to demonstrate $1,500 total sales, and then from there derive your team and club portions).  

All online ticket sales team proceeds will be distributed to teams following the drawing. 

If your team has been provided a fundraising goal and a "profit-sharing" plan that is unique to your team's fundraising efforts please abide by that.   If your team has not been provided that "profit sharing" plan, then your team will keep the "net profit" for every ticket sold over the 6 per player average.    Please submit a team check for your agreed to amount and retain the other portion in your team funds. Please outline this on your team envelope (see example below).
