GAME PROCESS - CONFIRM YOUR GAME:

1. Go to the SCHEDULE LINK above to see games. 
2. Go the CLUB CONTACT PAGE to retrieve team contact info.
3. Send email AND text to opponent to confirm

• Game Date
• Location/Address
• Kick-off Time
• Jersey Colors
• Home Field Availability & Referees (by having host club contact their "scheduler")

4. If home game at WSA Fields please confirm with your "home schedulers" (Roger & Rachel). 
5. If away game please ask opponent to confirm with their "home schedulers" (various). 
6. Show up and lead your team to a great experience. 

RESCHEDULE PROCESS:  

1. Contact your league opponent at least 14 days in advance. 
2. Provide league opponent minimum of 2 new revised dates/times.
3. Contact the home club scheduler to confirm availability (WSA Home Schedulers: Roger & Rachel). 
4. Once availability is confirmed & home schedulers have published new game date/time then alert your team.
5. Follow up with email AND text to opponent to confirm game details (date, time, location, colors).
