SESSION I Intermediate Competitve Training --  Intermediate training focuses on the basics and fundamentals of goalkeeping, with a tremendous emphasis on skill and technique development.

SESSION II: Advanced Competitve Training --Advanced training incorporates higher level skill and techniques, i.e. power diving, etc. with an inclusion of fitness and tactical aspects of goalkeeping for the more advanced keeper.

ADVANCED SESSION: For the advanced goalkeeper seeking more reps, higher degree of difficulty. These sessions are recommened for GK's playing in higher leagues and are limited to only the u15-u19 age spectrum.
