Training Expectations & Objectives
Goalkeepers are expected to come prepared to work hard.  A commitment to the trade is expected of the older and advanced goalkeepers.  The objectives will be vertically related to the WSA Academy Training Curriculum.  Foundations of technique will be mastered at beginning sessions, with advanced technique taught at advanced sessions, and inclusion of fitness and tactics with the older goalkeepers.

SESSION I Intermediate Competitve Training --  Intermediate training focuses on the basics and fundamentals of goalkeeping, with a tremendous emphasis on skill and technique development.

SESSION II: Advanced Competitve Training --Advanced training incorporates higher level skill and techniques, i.e. power diving, etc. with an inclusion of fitness and tactical aspects of goalkeeping for the more advanced keeper.

ADVANCED SESSION: For the advanced goalkeeper seeking more reps, higher degree of difficulty. These sessions are recommened for GK's playing in higher leagues and are limited to only the u15-u19 age spectrum.
