2010 WSA SOCCER CAMP PROGRAMS
WSA Camps and Clinics offer additional training that is both focused and specialized for those players wishing to invest more in their soccer careers. Each camp or clinic is formulated with its own theme, level, and curriculum. Some camps involve more instruction, some more competition, some are geared at a more competitive level, and others are specialized for specific aspects of play. The coaching staff for each camp or clinic will vary from outside coaches, to in-house trainers, collegiate players, to professional and licensed coaches, and specialized athletic trainers with college degree backgrounds. We encourage parents and players to view the camp options available through the West Side Alliance Soccer Club Program for the coming year. These are among the most affordable and most popular camps offered in the area.

WSA Pre-Tryout Clinic For American Cancer Society

WSA Strength and Conditioning Camp 2010
Date: 2010, This Camp has been postponed for 2010 Summer
Purpose: Soccer Specific and Functional Weight and Core Strength Training for Speed, Flexibility, and Power
Goal: To teach players proper workout techniques, test in and evaluate progress in strength and conditioning
Equipment Used: Medicine Balls, Free Weights, Resistance Parachutes, Plyo Boxes, etc…
Ages: Target is 9th - 12th grade serious minded soccer player
Test-In Date: May 27th
Time: 5:30 p.m. every Wednesday (other training dates TBA)
Cost: $100 (10 week program: Value!)

Roger’s Directions: From WSA’s STAR Training Facility: Take HW 51 West into Mannford about 11-12 miles. At first stoplight in Mannford, TURN RIGHT onto BASIN ROAD (also known as COONROD AVE). Go about 3 miles towards water tower. At water tower road forks -- take LEFT FORK continuing onto Basin Road. Go about 1.5 miles. Veer slight left into Camp Victory. Drop off zone at Cowboys and Cowgirls Dorms - just past check-in office.
NOTE ALL PLAYERS MUST COMPLETE THE MINOR RELEASE FORM ABOVE AND BRING TO CAMP!!
Pay by paying your team manager. Cost is $50 for the weekend retreat which includes activities, food, lodging, etc...
