PHASE V: Season Bridge 4-8 weeks (winter sessions)

34 Week Seasonal Year Designed for Entry Competition Levels: will include approximately 18 weeks of "offseason" (recommended in Oklahoma to be: 4 weeks in January, 1 week in March, 1 week in May, 2 weeks in June, 3 weeks in July, 2 weeks in November, 5 weeks in December)
35-51 Week Seasonal Year Models Exist Here (see extreme ends of spectrum above and below)
52 Week Seasonal Year Designed for Higher End Competition Levels: must be periodized with respect to proper recovery, rest, intensity, frequency, etc....
